Fourteenth Century.
Triangle shaped steel blade, with a fuller 2/3 of its length. Arched steel cross-guard. Wooden grip wrapped with leather.

Triangular steel blade of diamond section incorporating a short fuller in the strong of the blade. Steel hilt with flattened arms which are each decorated with a open-work cross. Iron fig-shaped pommel with eight facets decorated with shields and a cross in relief. Wooden grip wrapped in leather.
